There are no instruction for the cooking of rice in the Russell hobbs 14453 Steamer.

Mr Crook is right! There are no instructions at all in my box! I guess I can suss it out but thought it would at least come with some sort of advice on how to use it!!!! Not that happy!

Read the instructions several times to see if I was missing something, no nothing mentioned about the rice. Tried it at 30 minutes but still remained raw. Are you supposed to put water in with the rice? Ended up cooking the rice in the pan as usual and dinner was late.

This steamer is useless I have used mine twice both time water went all ovr the worktop, yes I had the water to right level. I brought it at Sainsbury’s with my shopping and don’t have receipt to take it back.

No instructions. Water in the potatoes and taking ages to get it to steam up all levels. recommendation – do not buy this junk.

I am happy with the steamer, but right now I could use some basic instructions on how cook rice in it. I don’t know weather or not to put water in with the rice. I am experimenting with the timing.
