Great steamer but only due to the stainless steel trays. However, these have large holes everywhere which allow peas and sweet-corn to fall through. The juice collection tray is very shallow and if you steam for more than about 15 minutes, the juices fall through to the bottom water container and the food juices then cook onto the element and go slimey. The handle of mine fell off within 5 months. The 5 year guarantee is only valid if you phone Morphy Richards and send them your receipt. The baskets are made of really good thick plastic and after 5 months have not cracked. Too many niggly faults to be a fantastic steamer though.
